Noris Ma is a Tri-lingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, and English) speaking Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) registered psychologist with two areas of practice endorsements: clinical psychology, educational and developmental psychology, an accredited supervisor for provisional psychologist and psychologist registrar,full member of Australian Psychological Society (APS), member of College of Educational and Developmental Psychology and Clinical Psychology of APS.

Noris had worked at welfare/community, educational, research, public health and disability sectors. He is currently private practising in Sydney, NSW, Australia.  

Noris has held positions in NGO and Hospital setting as professional advisers.  

Noris had been invited to speak on various psychology related topics to professional psychologists and medical practitioners, as well as to the general public on community TV channel TVBJ, and radio stations such as 2ac, 2CR and SBS in Australia.

Noris had been invited to speak internationally to the Chinese audience on various health care and psychology online platforms.  In the beginning of 2020, Noris had introduced the Australian Disaster Response Framework to his colleagues in China during the COVID 19 outbreak and national wide quarantine period to assist his psychologists/ psychotherapists colleagues to develop their Disaster Response support service training guidelines.
